This Privacy Policy explains how Deliz Short (hereinafter: the “Company”) collects, uses and stores personal information of users of the website operating at deliz.co.il (hereinafter: the “Site”).

Use of the Site constitutes consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Site.

3. Providing information — important clarification

4.1 Personal information is stored on the servers of authorized service providers, including cloud storage services.

4.2 Main retention periods:

• Account and order information — kept as long as the account is active, and for a reasonable period after its closure for inquiries and legal requirements.

6. Sharing information with third parties

• Payment processor (such as Cardcom, Tranzila) — for payment processing only. The payment processor is subject to its own privacy and data security policy.
• Courier company / delivery drivers — the customer’s name, phone number, address and the order details required for delivery are passed to the courier solely for the purpose of making the delivery.
• Mailing service — for sending marketing messages, subject to the customer’s consent.

6.2 Analytics and targeting tools:

• Facebook Pixel — for targeted advertising on the Facebook/Instagram network. Facebook may link this information to your user account on the platform.
